This dish was a highlight of my trip. I would describe it as fried pork and shrimp fried rice with plantain and pineapple confit.

The serving size is easily enough for two or even three people and none of the people at my table who ordered it were able to finish it.

Overall, I recommend UCCW. They really nail soul food in the fast format. You can dine in, carry out, or drive thru

I’m from Texas so I can be picky with Mexican food but I’m always openminded and like to see how different regions interpret the cuisine.
